Working Student in the Customer Success Team

Our ERP software maps the core processes of manufacturing businesses in the construction trades. The real difference, however, is made when these processes truly work in customers' day-to-day operations. That is exactly what our Customer Success team focuses on. As a working student, you support us in helping our customers across German-speaking markets and internationally succeed - at the intersection of technology, processes, and practical use. You will take ownership early and work directly on topics that create real impact.



Responsibilities

  • You support the setup and further development of our Customer Success area
  • You create and structure learning materials (e.g., guided tours, wiki content, videos)
  • You contribute to preparing and running workshops, trainings, and customer formats
  • You analyze KPIs with us and derive actions to improve customer success
  • You support customer care in day-to-day business and during releases
  • You contribute to structuring and maintaining master data and best practices
  • You help make Customer Success scalable and continuously improve our processes

Qualification

  • You are in an advanced stage of your studies, e.g., business, business informatics, construction, engineering, or a comparable field
  • Alternatively, you bring completed or ongoing vocational training - ideally in the trades or a hands-on environment
  • You are interested in business processes and digital systems (especially ERP)
  • You think in a structured way, work independently, and want to truly understand how things work
  • You enjoy working with customers and explaining complex topics clearly
  • You have very good German skills and can also communicate confidently in English
