Whether you are just starting out or switching careers - with us you get the chance to gain real hands-on experience. We offer internships for students and trainees. Depending on your interests and training focus, you can support software development, administration/IT infrastructure, marketing, or project management and gain real insight into the work of a modern software company. We also support retraining programs through professional associations or other organizations and provide the right framework.

Responsibilities

You actively contribute to our projects and processes and learn how software development, administration, marketing, or project management really works in a modern company. From day one you are a full team member. After a short onboarding you can work on code directly - always supported by an experienced developer who gives you guidance and feedback. Our motto: learn, learn, learn - and do, do, do. With us you do not just understand things in theory, you put them into practice. Step by step you build your own competence - professional and personal.

Qualification

You are currently studying computer science, business informatics, business administration, or a comparable field. Or you are retraining as an IT specialist (application development or system integration) or in a commercial IT program such as digitalization management. Even more important than your current status is your mindset: you are motivated to contribute and grow personally, you are not afraid of steep learning curves, and you want to make a real impact during your internship. It is important to us that everyone we work with shares our values and actively contributes to a positive team culture.
