Apprenticeship: Digitalization Management (m/f/d)

In cooperation with RBZ Wirtschaft in Kiel, we are looking for an apprentice in digitalization management (m/f/d) starting in 2025.
What we do
- We build an end-to-end, modular ERP system to manage business processes and connect value chains as well as integrate data and applications
- Our products are based on a modern SaaS architecture. We use Node.js, TypeScript, Python, and PHP in services, Vue.js and TypeScript in the frontend, and Flutter/Dart in the app
- In agile development we care about consistent design, performance, and mobile usability. We organize with OKR and Scrum, keep flat hierarchies, and collaborate closely
Who we are looking for
- You support our customers in digitizing their business processes
- You take on diverse tasks in digitalization projects
- You support our sales team by preparing offers, documenting agreements, and drafting contracts
- You contribute to operational controlling and analyze KPIs to steer the business
- We teach you programming. How deep you go is up to you
- You bring confident communication, service orientation, and enjoy working with people
