Responsibilities
- Discovery and qualification of leads
- Creating a great customer journey from first contact through closing and beyond
- A lot of communication with prospects, customers, and partners
- Participation in trade fairs and events for active customer acquisition
- Building and maintaining a network with partner suppliers of our customers
- Close collaboration with PreSales, Marketing, management, and other sales managers
- Bringing market feedback into the further development of our solutions and processes
- Documentation of all activities in our CRM system
Qualification
- First experience in sales or strong interest in getting started in this field
- Enjoy communication - by phone, email, online, or in person
- Curiosity and willingness to learn value-based selling from scratch or expand your knowledge
- Team spirit: close collaboration with PreSales, Marketing, and Sales is your thing
- Analytical thinking to quickly understand customer needs and present fitting solutions
- Initiative, organizational talent, and motivation to take responsibility
- Experience in the construction industry is helpful but not required - we will teach you what you need
- Affinity for complex software products and willingness to quickly learn our IDA CRM
